Reference is made to the above matters whereby we write to update on the status of the same.

2. During the hearing held on 27th February 2024, Appeal 1056, Appeal 1057, Appeal 1058, Appeal 1059, Appeal 1060 and Appeal 1061 were dismissed by the Court. Consequently, the Court ordered the Appellant to pay costs of RM15,000.00 to the Respondents in each respective appeal.

3. Furthermore, we confirm that the timeline provided under the rules for the Appellant to lodge an appeal to the Federal Court has lapsed. To-date, there has been no notice of appeal filed by the Appellant.

4. Following these developments, the above mentioned matters are now deemed concluded.
